Here at Zimmer, we're doing everything we can to support the environment in our publishing - an industry that has already caused significant damage to our trees. Without subscriptions, we operate on a bulk-printing basis, which can often lead to wasted paper - subscribing directly to the magazine helps us to reduce this.
Subscriptions are not only environmentally-friendly but are also incredibly cost-effective, allowing us to afford high-quality FSC paper, recyclable packaging, and ensure that our contributors are compensated for the work they do too.
As a subscriber, you will get each quarterly issue of our magazine delivered to your doorstep at a reduced shipping rate. We have two subscriptions available so that you can choose which is most convenient for you.

Not so frequently asked questions
How does it work?
Throughout the subscription, you will receive a total of four of our printed magazines. Zimmer prints quarterly: January, April, July and October. Due to this publishing schedule, your subscription will begin in the quarter following the one in which you have subscribed. For example, if you subscribe during the running of Issue 5, the first issue you receive will be Issue 6.
To make it miles easier for you, your subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date. Successfully processed renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel, pause and resume your subscription directly in the customer portal.

What if my copy doesn't arrive?
Please contact us at hiya@zimmermagazine.com if you have not received the latest issue within 28 days of its release and our lovely customer support team can assist you with your request. Replacement issues requested outside of this window may be subject to an additional charge.
Can I track my order?
Currently, it is not possible to track your order. All subscription issues are dispatched by our distributor in the UK and are sent by standard mail, which is not trackable. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, however we cannot offer an estimated delivery timeframe depending on your location. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Due to high shipping fees and tariffs in certain countries, we can currently only ship to subscribers who are located within Europe. This is something we would like to offer in the future, so keep an eye out for updates in our newsletter!
